Reading Week 11

Today I am going to be sharing with you my reading task for this week. My goal for this week was "Goal: Independently predict, interpret and analyse text, 'reading between the lines' to gain deeper meaning" I had to make a DLO about how to Inferences and share about it here. This is my task about Inferences and I hope you learn something different. 

In this DLO I had to explain what it was I was making and what the topic was in this case it was about Inferences I put in example in to share about it. The fun thing about Inferences is that your answer isn't always wrong two people could have the opposite answer but both could be right in a way.

Writing Week 10

Hi today I am going to be sharing with you my Writing work for this week. My goal for this week was "Goal: Level 4 - Support ideas with precise detail that elaborates on the main points" I had to take little bits of my narrative and taking little by little and going deeper into the moment we could not add to the story but just add more detail to it. We had to show this in a google slides and and to highlight the before sentences and the after to compare what one was better. Here is my finished task for this week feel free to go through my slideshow.



I am going to be using these in my narrative and hopefully going to be adding more detail throughout my narrative.  On the last slide I have a list on what things can help me and you with editing and writing a piece of work. When taking the sentences I really thought hard about how I could change it. That's all for today. Goodbye.

Reading Week 10

Hi today I am going to be sharing with you my reading work for this week. We had to read a book and write about what it made us think about an why the author write this story and what the purpose of the text was. In my eyes this story was to spread awareness about what you share on social media. It was a fun goal this week and it was the same goal as last week. It is Summarizing all 3 goals. Writing Week 9

Hi today I am going to bed sharing with you my writing create task for this week and explaining the goal on what I had to work on. My goal for this week was "Show Don't Tell" and we had to take ordinary sentences and create them into something new. To explain it a bit more you pretty much take the sentence and add to it giving it more detail and painting a picture inside the readers head. I had to do that with 5 sentences. Here is what I made.

Reading Week 9

Hello today I am going to be sharing with you my Reading Task for this week. Here it my goal I was working on this week. Goal:Level 4 - Summarizing - All 3 Goals. We read a story about A man talking to his family about what happened in the olden days about racism. It was awful we had to write about what we thought and the main idea of the text was. We also wrote about why the author wrote this story. We had to Summarize it and here is my plan about this story.

This is what I wrote about. This story was a really interesting one to read about and it is bringing awareness to people about what happened in the olden days to what is happening now. The story is Called "Once a Panther" and it talked about the polarization Panthers and how they fought for what was write.
