How to make Filipino Spring Rolls.
Filipino spring rolls are another traditional food that is made and shared in the Philippines.
Servings: 20
Ingredients:
Rice paper rolls
500g Pork mince
½ Spring onions
½ an Onions
1 tsp of crushed Garlic
½ a Carrot

1. Cook Pork Mince in a frying pan till you cannot see any pink. Remove the mince of the pan and set aside.

2. Chop the onions, spring onions and grate half a carrot and Cabbage.

3. Cook ½ Onions and Crushed Garlic in the same pan and mix them. Cook for 2 minutes and then add your Pork Mince, Cabbage and Carrot and stir all together till nice and soft.

4. Take the mixture out and set aside to cool.

5. Take your Rice Paper Rolls and soak them for 30 seconds each.

6. Take you mixture out and roll the mixture on the rice paper and fold to a spring roll.

7. You can eat them like this or you can fry them 2 minutes each side in a pan and oil.
8. Enjoy your Spring rolls.
