Winter Sport 2019.

Hi today I will be sharing what I do on a Thursdays afternoon at school. So what I do on Thursdays is year 5 to year 8 go to Hagley Park and play different kinds of sport there are.
Rugby
Football
Hockey
Netball
The sport that I play is netball and I really enjoy it. I play with year 7 and 8's mixed and there are 3 teams the A, B and then C. To be honest I am not the best at netball but I am pretty OK at it. The team that I made was the B team. I was really proud and today is the Thursday 20 of June and this is my forth week playing netball and I can't wait. How we get to our game is just before the lunch we get on the bus with our team and meet at Hagley Park. When we get there all the netball teams walk towards the netball courts and eat lunch there. After we eat we head towards our court. Then when both teams are ready we play. Once you finished the game we start walking back to the bus and head back to school.

Hi welcome to my Blog today I will be sharing with you a math's task that I had been working on this week I will explain. So we were given a bingo card you would have seen in a earlier post but one of the things on there was a math's video. What this math's video is based off a google doc that we were given and we had to answer the questions here is my finished product.

Breakout EDU

Hi welcome back today I will be talking about Breakout E.D.U For this week we were shorted into groups and we headed to the school library. Once we got there someone who was leading it told us a story it was based on Wonder the story of Aggie a boy that was made fun of because of there way he looked. We were given a box with multiple locks on it an we had to go around the room trying to find the clues. One of the clues were arrows and they each had different words on them then we realized we had to put them in the order of there story. Next we thought since this whole Breakout E.D.U is about Wonder we started to look for the book itself. The book was so hard to find we ended up finding it last when all the other locks were off the box expect for the lock that needed the book. Finally after looking forever we found the book and in it was a key we thought it must be the real key because before we found a key that was fake and didn't open but then it worked we escaped with a time around 13 minutes Witch was awesome and you might be wondering what was in the box. Well in the box was a hole lot of compliments to show that you are perfect the way you are and to not let anyone judge you for who you are. Also on top of all that was we got 150 banqer dollars witch is like a online school bank were you can buy things that the teacher might have up for sale.

Reading Task Term 2 Week 6

Hello and welcome back to my blog today.  I will be sharing with you what I did for my reading. I read a book called Me Me and Me. This book was about a girl that becomes addicted to her phone and then her phone created a digital version of her and it ended pretty badly. Are task was to create something called a Synthesis Eggs here is my example.

In this I had to write what I already know about phones what I learnt and my understanding this is my final product hope you enjoyed it see ya.

Bingo Math's Task

Hello welcome back today I will be talking about my Math's Problem solving for this week. So what we are doing this week is something call a bingo card and no it's not the actual game bingo it is however a set of tasks that we need to do one of witch is Basic facts Book review and more here it is.

Teachers Strike Day.

Hello and welcome back today I will be talking about is about the teachers strike day. As you may know the teachers from both primary and high school had a day of because teachers are chanting for more time to teach us because they do 40% admin and 60% teaching. It is not about the money they just simply want more time to teach us but the want to keep being the professionals that they are. It is nice for us because we get a day of school but also its a day that teachers go all out for there job. The teachers work hard but they are not able to keep doing fun things with us kids because they spend to much time on the admin trying to keep up there profession that they only have a certain amount of time with us. As my teacher said it's not all about the money it's about the time.
